Drawing from NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy, and TIME Line Therapy™, we’ll uncover limiting patterns and create aligned action steps for growth.

Mindset coaching is a form of personal development work that focuses on helping you understand, shift, and strengthen the beliefs, attitudes, and mental habits that shape your results in life. It’s an ongoing process of cultivating awareness, practicing new thoughts, and building emotional resilience. Over time, your inner dialogue shifts from self-doubt to self-leadership, and you begin approaching life with more curiosity, courage, and calm.

Kirstin will help you to uncover how your thoughts and patterns influence your behaviour and how to consciously change them. It’s ultimately about shifting from a reactive to a proactive way of thinking - learning to see possibilities instead of barriers.

In your first session, you and Kirstin will explore your current mindset. This may involve reflective conversations or structured exercises. Once awareness is established, Kirstin will help you reframe old thought patterns and guide you through cognitive and emotional tools such as:

  • Reframing (changing your perspective on a situation)

  • Growth mindset development (seeing setbacks as opportunities to learn)

  • Visualization and affirmations

  • Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) or other mindset-focused methods

    All sessions are offered in person just outside Toronto or virtually via Zoom - each space is designed for presence, stillness, and deep connection. You’ll receive full details and guidance and how to prepare upon booking.

  • ✺ THE RHYTHM

    All new clients begin with a 90-minute First Session, allowing time for grounding and depth. Returning sessions are typically 60 minutes, with flexibility to extend as needed.

    Each session offers insight, spaciousness, and integration. You’ll leave with greater clarity and calm, plus simple next steps to support real-world alignment beyond our time together.
